Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Vivflexible may be returned or exchanged. We aim to handle all return requests fairly and transparently.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unused condition
• All original packaging and accessories are included
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• The product has not been damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request
• Digital content or services that have been accessed or delivered

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

• Contact us at infocenter@vivflexible.world with your order number and reason for return
• Wait for return authorisation and shipping instructions from our team
• Ship the item to the address provided within 14 days of authorisation

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us before returning the original product. Exchanges are subject to product availability and price differences may apply.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
